NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written March 8, 2018.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I am using "Steampunk Alice 4" by Julia Fox.  You can purchase her here.

-- scrap kit of choice.   I am using an awesome match kit by Suzie, which you can get here.
-- template of choice.  I am using a template by Ali (#116).
-- mask of choice.  I am using a mask by Rachel.
-- Jazzy's basic drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- the plugin Eye Candy (Chrome and Gradient Glow).
-- font of choice.  I am using Ferox Alternates.

1.  Open your template, duplicate and close the original.  Save copy as your new canvas.  Delete any creator/copyright layer.  If using same template, delete the background circle of snowflakes and remove the tiny snowflakes from the decorative floral layer.

2.  Open papers 1, 6 and 9 from kit  and paste them into your canvas.  Select layer 1 (large center circle) and select all > float > defloat > invert.  Move paper 1 over this layer and hit delete key.  Repeat this step with paper 9 and the circle frame.

3.  Drop paper 6 to the bottom.  Apply your mask and merge group.

4.  Using manual color correction, color each of the two smaller circle layers to a dark color from your tube or kit.

5.  On one circle, apply the Blinds Texture effect: height/width 10, opacity 50, light color from your tube/kit, vertical, light from left/top.  On the other circle, add noise 51%, Gaussian, monochrome.

6.  Apply manual color correction to the decorative flower layer with a color of choice from your tube/kit.  Add basic drop shadow.

7.  Paste in your tube and resize as needed, then add drop shadow.

8.  Now let's add some elements.   Numbers/names apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Any directions for placement of elements are optional - you can follow my placements or place where preferred.  Remember to apply basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

11, 16, 19, 68 (flowers) - 30-60%.
32 (charm) - 35%.
36 (bustier) - 65%.
9, 39, 47 (gears) - 45%.  Resize if desired.  Place 1-2 above mask layer at edges of frame.
10 (clock) - place over the larger of the small circles.  Reduce opacity to 25%, change blend mode to screen.
74 (leaf) - 25%.
42 (hat) - 25%.
3 (butterfly) - 30%.

7.  Create a new raster layer for your name.  Type name and position opposite tube.  Go to Eye Candy > Chrome in plugins menu and apply the Inner Carve preset, but change highlight and shadow colors to colors from your tube/kit.

8.  Go to Eye Candy > Gradient Glow and apply these settings:

9.  Create new raster layer and add on your copyright/watermark.
