NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written August 18, 2015.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I used the tube Pink Lollipop by Andy Cooper.  You can purchase her here.

-- scrap kit of choice.  I'm using Whisper in the Wind's match kit for this tube, available here.)
-- mask of choice.  I'm using a mask by Jenny from the Creative Misfits blog.  The Misfits blog has lots of great masks up for grabs here.
-- the plugin Eye Candy Bevel Boss.
-- Jazzy's basic drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color white.
-- font of choice.  I am using Phraell.

1.   Open a frame from your scrap kit.  Duplicate, close original and save as new canvas.  Resize canvas if needed.

2.  Paste in a bright colored paper of choice from your kit under the frame.  Click outside frame with magic wand.  Selections > modify > expand by 10 > hit delete key.

3.  Paste in a paper of choice below this layer.  Apply mask and merge group.

4.  Paste in your tube as top layer.  Apply Jazzy's drop shadow, then resize as needed.  Move to right hand side of canvas.

5.  Time for some elements.  Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

23 (hydrangea) - 40%.  place opposite of tube.
76 (white rose) -  30%.  place next to previous element.
17 (glass bottle) - 25%.  place next to rose.
42 (heart lollipop) - 20%.  place by glass bottle.
52 (nail polish) - 15%.  place by glass bottle.
45 (silver comb) - 15%.  place to right of rose.
39 (mirror frame) - 25%.  place next to comb.  [optional - to make "glass" for the mirror frame, click inside frame with magic wand and create a new raster layer.  floodfill very light, and use a filter of choice to give it the "mirrored" look]
80 (cocktail) - 25%.  place under mirror and comb layers.

6.   Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and position it to your liking.  Go to Eye Candy > Bevel Boss and apply the Hubcap preset, but change the bevel placement to "inside" and set your highlight and shadow colors to colors from your tube or kit.  Rotate name 20 degrees left.

7.  Apply Jazzy's drop shadow to your name.  [optional - change the drop shadow color to a dark color from your tube or kit]

8.  Open elements 100 and 101 (the single colored sparkles).  Paste one of each inside the frame and resize to 50%.  Arrange to your liking and merge these layers together.  Duplicate 1-3 times and place at random inside frame.

9.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.
