NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written July 14, 2015.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I used the tube Purple Woman by Danny Lee.  She is available for purchase here.

-- scrap kit of choice.  I used the match kit by Whisper in the Wind, which you can purchase here.
-- template of choice.  I used a template by Sylvie, which was part of a Misfits collab.  you can grab the pack of templates here.
-- mask of choice.   I used a mask by Kris.
-- the plugin Visman (Starmaker).
-- Jazzy's basic drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- fonts of choice.  I am using Mama Script.

1.  Open your template, duplicate and close the original.  Save as your new canvas and resize as needed.

2.  Select three papers from your scrap kit.  Use one of the papers on the circular layers of the template, the second on the squares/rectangles and the third on other shapes.  [optional - if your template's shapes are colored, use the papers only on the colored layers and not the black and white]  Also, paste a copy of one of the papers as your mask layer and merge group.

3.   Paste in your tube and move to center circle.  Apply drop shadow.  On center circle layer, click outside with magic wand.  Switch back to tube layer and hit delete key.

4.   Use your color replacer tool to colorize the white noise heart and circle layers to match color(s) from your tube or kit.  Do the same with the word art layers but use a slightly different shade of the previous color.

5.  On the large word art, go to your plugins menu > VM Natural > Starmaker and apply the following settings:

[optional - apply the following inner bevel settings]

6.  Time for some elements.  Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

29 (purple flower) - 50%.
93 (white rosebud) - 25%.  place these flowers on the left side of the circle under the large word art.
99 (black twinkle) - 55%.  place beneath word art.
57 (handbag) - 20%.  place next to white rose.
71 (perfume bottle) - 20%.  place next to handbag.
49 (hair comb) - 10%.  place next to handbag.
74 (pearl necklace) - 25%.  place between flowers and handbag.
1 (silk butterfly) - 20%.  place on upper edge of center circle.
-- select two sparkle or jewel scatters of your choice.  resize these to between 30-40% and place in center circle behind your tube.  NO drop shadow.

7.  Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and position it to your liking.  Apply the inner bevel settings from step 5.  Apply Jazzy's drop shadow but use a color from your tube or kit.  Rotate the name 20 degrees right and place inside heart shape.

8.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.
