NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written June 3, 2015.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.   I used the tube Lizea by Chris Pastel.  You can purchase her here.

-- scrap kit of choice (I used a fun kit from the Bibi Summer Birthday Party collab made by FwTags Creations.  the collab is FREE with $5 purchase here.)
-- mask of choice.   I am using a mask by .
-- the plugins Mura Meister Copies.
-- Jazzy's basic drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- alpha or font of choice.  I am using the alpha I created for the collab.

Banner:
1.  Open a new canvas, 650x200.  Select a patterned paper from your kit and paste it as your background.

2.  Paste in a frame of choice and move to the far left of the canvas so that only a portion of it is showing along the edge.  Duplicate and mirror so that both sides have this edge.

3.  Paste in your tube.  Apply the drop shadow, then duplicate.  Hide copy.  Position main tube so that only the face shows and lower the layer's opacity to 20%.  Unhide copy and resize to 30%.  Place on right hand side of canvas.

4.  Open a glittery element (I chose element 22) and paste it in.  Resize to "frame" the translucent tube copy.

5.   Now let's jazz up your banner with some elements.  Names apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

20 (lipstick mark) - 15%.  place across from small tube copy.
11 (rose) - 10%.  Apply Mura Meister's Copies line preset and move the line of roses to the bottom edge of the banner.
30 (open gift box) - 20%.  place on lower left side.
32 (pink gift box) -   10%.  place next to open box.
18 (butterflies) - 20%.  place just above box.
7 and 8 (balloons) - 25%.  duplicate each three times and arrange them in a cluster around/behind your smaller tube copy.  Merge these layers together.
58 (sparkle swirl) - 50%.  place above balloons but behind tube.  NO drop shadow.

6.  Create a new raster layer for your name if using a font.  If using an alpha, transfer your letters to the canvas.  Resize to your preference, arrange them to spell out your name and then merge them down into a single layer.

7.  Apply the basic drop shadow but use a dark color from your tube or kit.

8.  Create a new raster layer and floodfill with the same color used in the drop shadow for the previous step.  Selections > modify > contract by 5 and hit your delete key.  In the adjust menu, go to add/remove noise > add noise: 49%, uniform, monochrome UNCHECKED.

9.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.

Avatar:

1.  Create new canvas - size 180x180.

2.  Paste in your paper from banner or a new paper of choice.  Drag to show the area/colors you wish to show.

3.  Paste in your larger tube copy but set the opacity back to 100%.

4.   Paste in a minimum of three other random elements from the banner and arrange to your liking.

5.  Repeat steps 6-9 for your border, initial and copyright.
