NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written September 30, 2014.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice (I used Selena by Vi Nina.  You can purchase her at S&CO.)

-- scrap kit of choice (I used the made-to-match kit "Hallowitch" by Lizquis Scraps.  you can purchase it here.)
-- template of choice.  I used template #273 by Missy.
-- the plugins Tramages Moving Screen and EyeCandy Gradient Glow.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.

-- mask of choice.  I used a mask by Kris.
-- font of choice.  I used Cauldron Medium.

And now let's create!

1.   Open template, duplicate, close original and save duplicate as your canvas.

2.  Choose a plain paper from your kit and paste it in as your bottom layer.  Apply your mask, merge group.

3.  Paste in another paper of choice.  Select the bottom rectangles layer and click outside them with your magic wand.  Return to paper layer and hit your delete key.

4.  Paste in a patterned paper of your choice and repeat step 3 on the oval layer.

5.   Select the orange rectangle layer.  Repeat step 3 with the same plain paper you used in step 2.

6.  Paste in your tube.  Apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow.  Resize if needed (remember to set resample to "bicubic") and position on the left-hand side underneath the word art layer.

7.  Time for some elements!  Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

spell books - 45%.  place in lower right corner of center framed rectangle.
dagger - 40%
crow - 55%.  perch him on the dagger handle.
witch hat - 60%.
witch shoes - 75%drop this layer and the hat layer below the frame of the framed rectangle.  change blend mode to soft light for both layers.
candle - 50%.  hang from upper left corner of frame.
black rose - 40%. place behind raven.
potion1 - 35%.
glass - 40%.

8.  If using the same template I am or a template with word art, select that layer.  Go to adjust > color balance > manual color correction.  Using the eyedropper, select the existing source color from the word art and then choose a target color from your tube or kit and hit the OK button.

9.  [optional]  If your word art has large open letters, use the magic wand to select all the letters.  In your plugins menu, go to Tramages > Moving Screen and apply the following settings:

10.   Create a new raster layer.  Type your name and position it to your liking.   Repeat step 9 on your name layer.

11.  In your plugins menu, go to EyeCandy > Gradient Glow and apply the following settings:

12.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.  Use a small font, such as Arial Narrow at 9/10 point.

and you're all done!  Enjoy your new tag!
