NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written April 28, 2014.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice (I used Elegance by Pandora.  she is a gift-with-purchase currently available at S&CO.)
-- made-to-match scrap kit "Elegance" by Designs by Joan.  Joan's kit is part of a collab of gorgeous kits matching this tube.  you can also purchase this kit collab here.
-- the plugin EyeCandy 4000 (Gradient Glow).
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- mask of choice.  I used a mask by weescotslass.
-- font of choice.  I used Vivaldi.

1.   Open a new canvas, 600x600.  Choose a frame from your kit, paste it in and resize to 110% smart size (resize optional).

2.  Choose a paper of similar color to your frame and paste it in.  Drop this layer below your frame layer.  click your magic wand inside the frame.  Selections > modify > expand > expand by 8, invert and hit your delete key.

3.  Choose a second paper, one whose color contrasts the frame/first paper and paste in as your bottom layer.  Apply your mask and merge group.

4.  Copy and paste in your tube as your top layer.  Resize tube if needed (I resized mine to 40% bicubic).  Apply Jazzy's drop shadow and position tube on the left.

5.  Create a duplicate copy of your tube and hide it for now.

6.  Now let's add some elements.  Names/numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed unless otherwise marked:

7 (shoes) - 40%
4 (candle) - 30%
3 (perfume bottle) - 40%
59 (teardrop jewels) - 50%.  drop this layer under the frame but above the paper.
38 (bow) - 35%
42 (necklace) - 30%
43 (locket) - 40%

7.  [optional, for locket step] Unhide your tube copy.  Resize to 75% bicubic.  Position tube inside locket to your liking.  Repeat latter half of step 2, but expand by 6.  Return to tube layer and hit the delete key.  Merge the locket layer down with the tube copy layer.

8.  Create a new raster layer for your name.  Type your name and position it to your liking.  Go to effects > 3D effects > inner bevel and apply the following settings:

9.  Apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow but use a contrasting color from your tube or kit.

10.  Create a new layer for your copyright/watermark and add it on.  Use a small font, such as Arial Narrow at 9/10 point.
