NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written February 23, 2014.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice.  I used Pandora-Creations' gorgeous "Kate", which can be purchased at S&CO.

-- photo of choice.  I used one of my own photos, but there are many great free to use stock photos at sites like morguefile and stock.xchng.
-- template of choice.  I used a template by Ali.
-- gradients of choice.  I used two default gradients that came with PSP and one by MsKris.
-- the plugins Visman and EyeCandy 4000.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3 and color black.
-- mask of choice.  I used a mask by Wynter.
-- alpha or font of choice.  I used a lovely alpha by Designz by Sue, called the "Fancy Pants Alpha".  you can also purchase this alpha at S&CO.

1.  Open template, duplicate, close original and save this as your canvas.

2.  Paste photo onto canvas under the template frames.  Reposition/resize if needed, and click your magic wand outside frames.  Selections > modify > expand > expand by 4, and hit your delete key.

3.  Floodfill frames with the PSP default "electric blues" gradient.  Go to effects > artistic effects > enamel and use the following settings:

4.  Choose a black/dark gradient with color(s) that match your tube (I used the MsKris gradient, called "noreception").  Floodfill top two back squares of your template with this gradient.  Apply effects > texture effect > bricks to each using the following settings, and changing the angle on the second floodfill to 86:

5.  Choose a lighter gradient with colors that match your tube (I used the PSP default gradient blue metallic).  Floodfill bottom two squares of template.  In your plugins menu, go to VM Toolbox > Brightness Noise and apply the following settings:

6.  Floodfill center squares with a color from your photo.  Go to effects > texture effects > wood grain and apply default settings.

7.  Paste tube onto canvas.  Resize if needed (I resized 50% bicubic).  Place in center of canvas between framed photos.  Apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow.

8.  Create new raster layer and floodfill with a color from tube.  In your layers palette, drop this layer to the bottom.  In your plugins menu > go to VM Toolbox > Mezzotinto Due and apply the following settings:

9.  Apply your mask, then merge group.

10.  If you're using an alpha - copy letters of choice from the alpha file, paste onto canvas.  Resize if needed and merge these layers together.

11.  In your plugins menu, go to EyeCandy 4000 > Gradient Glow and apply the following settings:

12.  Create a new raster layer and add on your copyright/watermark.
