NOTE: you MAY link to this tut. you MAY print it out for later use offline. you MAY NOT claim it as yours or take anything else from it. this tutorial is ©Ruby/Stormlight, written January 6, 2014.

Supplies needed:
-- PSP
-- main tube of choice (I used Pandora's Lua Coquette...you may get her at S&CO.)
-- scrap kit of choice.  (I used the made-to-match scrap kit by Black Widow Creationz.  you can grab it at her store here.)
-- the plugin MuRa Meister Copies.
-- Jazzy's "basic" drop shadow setting of 2, 2, 50, 3.
-- font of choice.  I used ALBoogieWoogie.

Banner:

1.  Choose a paper from your scrap kit (if using the same kit I am, I chose Paper7), paste into your canvas.

2.  Paste in your tube.  Resize if needed.  Duplicate tube, drag the copy to the opposite side.
3.  In your layer palette, change the blend mode to luminance legacy and lower opacity to 35%.

4.  Now let's jazz up your banner with some elements.  Numbers apply to the scrap kit I'm using so if you're using a different one, use the elements of your choice.  All elements are resized with the smart size setting.  Remember to apply Jazzy's basic drop shadow after each element is placed:

27 (pink sparkle beads) - drop under tube layers

39 (kitty) - 40%, place him on the right hand side by the luminance tube copy

10 (mousie) - 15%, at kitty's feet
7 (yarn ball) - 10%, at kitty's feet next to the mousie
17 (lips) - 50%, change blend mode in layer palette to hard light
28 (ribbon twined frame) - cut a piece from it and use it to make your border.  Duplicate layer and flip to make top border.  Duplicate again and rotate 90 degrees left for sides.  Duplicate and mirror for right side.  When you have all four sides and are happy with their placement, merge these layers together.
[optional] - 9 (pawprint) - place in center, resize to 30-35%.  Go to Mura Meister Copies, and apply default setting.  This may take some playing with as it seems to give different results each time you run the plugin, so it may take several tries to get the look you want.  Drop this layer under the tube layers and change blend mode to luminance legacy.

5.  Create a new raster layer for your name.  Apply your name.  Go to effects > 3D effects > inner bevel and apply the following settings:

6.  Go to effects > 3D effects > drop shadow and apply the following settings:  2, -3, 60, 3, and the shadow color from one of your elements.

7.  Create new raster layer for your copyright/watermark.  Use a small font, such as Arial Narrow at 9 point.

Avatar:
1.  Create new canvas - size 170x170.

2.  Paste in your paper from banner.

3.  Paste in the beads element layer.

4.  Paste in paw print element layer, move to center left.

5.  Paste in lips element layer, move to upper left corner, resize 20%.

6.  Paste in full tube and mirror her so she faces the opposite direction.  Resize 80% bicubic if needed.

7.  Repeat step from above on how to make the border from the pieces of ribbon-twined frame.

8.  Repeat steps 5-7 for your copyright and initial layers.
